The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² duplex apartment with sea view for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 100 m from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the second floor (no elevator), it comprises a 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). The apartment is composed as follows: Second floor: - 33 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - An 8 m² sea-view terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Numerous towns of character nearby: Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard... - Cap Fréhel (15km) - Visit Fort La Latte (10km) - Hiking on the GR34: Follow the customs path to discover exceptional panoramas. - Water sports: Enjoy water sports such as giant paddle, kayaking, sailing or diving. There's a nautical center in Saint Cast itself. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, a parking space in a private closed box is at your disposal. 4x4s and SUVs are not suitable. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Lamballe, approx. 35 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 100 km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
