VILLA JACARANDA IN ALCALALÍ - JALÓN VALLEY
What a location! Phenomenally beautiful and quietly situated in the authentic village of Alcalalí. Villa Jacaranda is a beautiful detached villa with private pool, situated in a quiet residential area with beautiful views over the valley.
Alcalalí is a small village, with approximately 1300 inhabitants.
It is located in the Jalon Valley, in the middle of the almond, orange and olive trees.
There is an authentic village square with a church and a few bars/restaurants.
Within cycling/walking distance, in Xaló, Parcent and Orba, there are even more restaurants to be found.
The beautiful seaside resorts of Moraira and Benissa with fine sandy beaches, idyllic bays, nice harbours and water sports facilities are 18 to 25 km from the house. Villa Jacaranda is a lovely holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, a naja, which you can close off with a a glass facade and a beautiful outdoor kitchen with BBQ, under the canopy.
Here you can enjoy a long meal to end the day peacefully. LAYOUT VILLA JACARANDA Villa Jacaranda is all on one level.
A gate leads to the villa via a traditional Spanish staircase.
You enter the utility room, which houses the refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
Then, you walk through to the spacious open-plan kitchen.
It is fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, 5-burner gas stove, kettle, and coffee maker (filter coffee and Nespresso). The living room is tastefully furnished, featuring a dining area with a large dining table, a spacious sitting area with a smart TV (you can log in to your own streaming service), a music system, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and mosquito screens on the windows. From the living room, you step directly into the naja, which offers stunning views over the valley.
The naja can be completely enclosed by a glass wall.
You can also walk from the naja via a small staircase to the storage room, where the washing machine is located and from the naja you can walk to the pool via a small staircase. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, a ceiling fan, mosquito screens, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (150 x 190 cm), mosquito screens, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink, toilet, and bidet. The entire house has shutters. OUTSIDE AT VILLA JACARANDA Park your car in the private parking space on the street.
The property is fully fenced.
A typical Spanish staircase leads down to the terrace with the lovely, heated private pool (8 x 4 m) with 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a parasol, and a lounge set. A little higher, a short staircase leads to the large covered terrace through a wooden pergola.
Below, you'll find the outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and a large dining table, with beautiful views of the pool and the valley. DISTANCES Restaurant 2.5 km, supermarket 2.2 km (Supermarket Mas y Mas with a wide choice), Beautiful sandy beach 20 km (Playa La Fustera), village Xaló 2.6 km, town Benissa 9.7 km, airport Alicante 95 km, airport Valencia 129 km. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Special features – During the period from July through August, we have fixed arrival and departure days on Thursdays and Fridays.
In the other months, arrival and departure days are flexible.

Pool heating is available from mid-April through June and September/October.
During July and August, pool heating is not available, as the water temperature is already pleasantly warm during these months. Winter rental is from 1 November to 31 March.
The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for this are € 37.50 per week, which you must pay in advance when booking.
In the period November to March, the rental price is on request.
Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory.
The winter rates exclude interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.

The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay.
You will receive a one-time e-mail with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation.

You pay the deposit in a secure environment without. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region: A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental.

The house is well cared for and very well furnished with a nice pool. Nice and quiet in a villa neighborhood in a relatively small authentic village with 2 nice and good restaurants. Great place from where beach, beach resorts but also the hinterland (mountains) can be easily explored.
