Escape to a serene and romantic countryside lodge with hot tub just a couple of miles outside the city of Chichester.
Perfect for couples seeking a quiet and intimate getaway, this one-bedroom lodge offers a secluded retreat surrounded by nature. ✔ Double bed ✔ Separate living area with Smart TV ✔ Fully-equipped kitchen ✔ Private patio with hot tub This lodge is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home. ★ OWNER'S HOUSE ★ The lodge is within the grounds of the owner's primary home.
Although the lodge is secluded and not over looked, the owners are on site should you have any issues.
Please respect quiet hours (9pm to 9am). ★ OTHER ACCOMMODATION ★ There is another three bedroom lodge within the grounds, which can be booked to accommodate a further 6 guests.
Should the other lodge be occupied during your stay, neither is overlooked and each lodge has its own private entrance and courtyard.
We expect all guests to respect other on-site guests and keep noise to a respectful level. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Reason: High chair and travel cot available.
Additional rules: No unregistered guests allowed Please don’t eat in the bedrooms Please respect the noise curfew Please respect check-in and check-out times Please take extra care of your keys.

Really enjoyed the individuality of the interior. Owners were exceptionally understanding.
Unfortunately it was advertised as "private, remote". Sadly it has a neighbouring property for large families around 7 feet away from the couples one. This meant 2 families with toddlers running around the field behind us, making it zero privacy! Left our kids behind, got crying, toddlers and adult ...
