The accommodation is located adjacent to the University of Bologna, a few minutes from the Sant'Orsola Hospital and a stone's throw from Porta San Donato, the perfect point for exploring the historic center. The strategic location, combined with the variety of services available, makes this area a significant point of reference in the urban fabric of Bologna.
The accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift (please note a low step to access it) and is composed as follows
- KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk
- BEDROOM III with single bed, desk and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower
- BATHROOM II with wc, bidet and shower
- 2 BALCONIES, one of which is equipped with a small table and chairs x2.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Cot for newborns on request (for a fee).

A few steps from Porta San Donato and the Sant'Orsola Hospital, the apartment is located in a typical historical context of the city, a few steps from Via Zamboni, one of the most characteristic university streets of the city, and from Via Indipendenza, the main shopping hub that leads to Piazza Maggiore and the pedestrian area of the Quadrilatero. The area is characterized by a lively urban atmosphere, with a variety of services. Along the avenue and in the surrounding areas there are numerous commercial establishments, including shops, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is also well served by public transport, with several bus lines that pass along the avenue, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city. All essential services are within easy reach: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are within 600 meters.
