Additionally, the kitchen features a Quooker, which provides instant hot and sparkling water. In the bathroom area, you’ll find two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and a stylish design that blends both functionality and elegance.
An integrated infrared sauna in the shower completes the wellness offering. Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made.
Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP stand for the quality and sophistication found throughout the apartment. Additional amenities such as underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a large smart TV add to your comfort.

Eine wunderschöne Penthouse Suite mit Blick auf das Wattenmeer und den Lister Hafen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Die tägliche Versorgung ist durch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
