Each home features three newly renovated king bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra space. Designed for both short and long stays, every condo comes with air conditioning, heating, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Professionally cleaned before every stay, the apartments guarantee a spotless and welcoming arrival. This listing covers two condos located in the same building.

Guests are assigned to a unit based on availability.

In case of an emergency, we may need to access the apartment without prior notice. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver.

You can pick whichever one works best for you between two options:  – A non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR that covers accidental damage, or  – A refundable security deposit of 400 EUR held before check-in and returned after your stay, as long as there’s no damage. • Before arrival, guests will need to sign a short rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and share contact details to receive their check in information. • If you're booking for commercial or content-creation purposes, please let us know in advance — different rates or terms may apply. • Bringing pets? No problem — this apartment is pet-friendly! We do charge a €50 sanitation fee per pet.

If a pet is brought without letting us know, there’s a €500 penalty, so please keep us in the loop. There are many ways to get around the city.
