Dimora Diamante is an apartment on the first floor of a condominium located in a central position in Polignano a Mare.
The accommodation is about 300m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile and 400m from the entrance to the historic center of Polignano a Mare.
Dimora Diamante has a private garage, perfect for those traveling by car, A/C and Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 5 people. The entrance door of the condominium is reached via an external staircase. The apartment is located on the first floor, on the right and it consists of a large entrance hall where we find the kitchen equipped with gas burners, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a comfortable peninsula with stools. We also find a dining area equipped with table and chairs and a sofa bed, this room has access to a small balcony where there is an outdoor table with chairs, ideal for relaxing on sunny days. On the left there is a corridor that leads to the sleeping area, first thing we find on the right a storage with laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer. Right after there is a bedroom with two single bunk beds, a comfortable bathroom with shower and the bright master bedroom with a double bed is at the end of the corridor. Dimora Diamante is about 150m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 300m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 400m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.
Bari Airport is 50 km away and Brindisi Airport is 82 km away.
The house is about 12 km from Monopoli, 17 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 30 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Locorotondo, 41 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce.
Our staff will be happy to host you and help you in organizing your unforgettable holiday. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. This short-term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation.
