Less than 50 meters walk from the beach, independent villa of 45 m² on a 3 hectare property which includes other seasonal rentals (including gites 59956, 59968, 59969, 59970 and 64251 to 64257).
It is composed as follows: - Living room/Kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) - Shower room/WC Reservations are made on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday.
If renting with a pet, it must be kept on a leash on the property - Random GSM network - Campsite 300 meters away - 20 m² terrace with pergola - Garden furniture - Relaxation area - Built-in barbecue - 4 deckchairs - 2 parking spaces in front of the villa - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine in the outdoor laundry room - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and pod coffee maker - Freezer compartment - 80 cm television - Wi-Fi - Towel dryer - Hair dryer - Paddleboard rental: €30/day or €100/week (€300 deposit), to be reserved directly with the owner - Beach towel rental (€4/person) - Cleaning kit offered with each rental (1 sponge, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher tablet, and 1 multi-purpose cleaner)
