On a 3 hectare property including 13 gîtes (6 semi-detached mini-villas in one building and 7 semi-detached apartments in another building), 34 m² apartment located on the 1st floor.
It is arranged with: - Living room/kitchen with sleeping area including two bunk beds (90x190 cm) (the top bunk is not suitable for a child under 6 years old) and a sofa bed with a trundle bed (80x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds (can be joined on request) - Shower room/Restrooms 3rd week of rental free (offer valid between April 5 and May 31 and from September 20) Accepts 1 additional person free of charge in the trundle bed in the living room - 10 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Car park inside the property Shared: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 gîtes at the top of the property (6x3.5 meters, depth: 1.5 meters) with panoramic views of the plain and the sea.
Accessible from May 10 to September 27th, heated from May 10th to June 14th and in September.
Safety system: protective barrier.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those specified in the rental agreement. - Pétanque court - Badminton court - Ping-pong - Ice machine available - Fresh water source at the village washhouse on the upper part of the property - Outdoor relaxation area with wifi area equipped with tables, chairs, and electrical outlets - Library and games library - Washing machine in the laundry room shared by the 13 gîtes (equipped with 4 washing machines) - Information point - Dishwasher - Combination microwave oven - Freezer compartment - Television - Hairdryer - Donkeys below the property (enclosed grounds) - Pet cleaning deposit (€40) if option not selected - Fans available upon request

Très bel endroit en pleine nature dans un parc arboré de 3 hectares. Il y a une belle piscine entourée de mandariniers et orangeais. L'endroit est très proche d'Ile rousse afin d'avoir les que les avantages de la citée balnéaire sans en avoir les inconvénients. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les patrons père et fils sont hyper sympa.

Le propriétaire et son père sont super sympa et très arrangeant. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et le gîte est vraiment sympa et cocooning.
