Information about the host
The apartment is located in a multi-family house built in 1912, in the middle of Potsdam-Babelsberg. From here you can reach Babelsberg Park in 5 minutes on foot. Extensive bike tours to Berlin are the best way to explore the countryside. Shops, restaurants, a cinema and the S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached on foot. We are happy to accommodate a pet by prior arrangement. Please then bring your own bedding. It is a non-smoking apartment. For smokers there is a comfortable sitting area directly in front of the apartment.

How to get there
By car: A10 to AD Nuthetal, crossing the A115 direction Berlin/Potsdam, exit Potsdam-Babelsberg, Nuthestraße direction Center, exit Friedrich-List-Straße, right direction Babelsberg, straight on Old Nowawes, 2nd street right Spindelstraße until the end, left Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, next right Turnstraße;
Public transport: S-Bhf. Babelsberg, bus 694 from stop Town Hall in direction S-Bhf. Griebnitzsee one stop until Spindelstraße or approx. 7 min. on foot

Description of the accommodation
The living room has a kitchenette with a dining area. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden (a grill for BBQ is available). A sofa bed (1.30 m wide) offers an alternative sleeping accommodation. The bedroom has single beds. Upon request, these can be pushed together (please specify when booking). The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet.
