Cocoonr is offering this charming, 4*-rated, single-storey, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in the village of Trélou-sur-Marne.
It features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two separate toilets The bedrooms are accessed via a few steps: - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200), with an en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be separated and an en-suite shower room For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - Private swimming pool (dimensions: 7 x 3.50 m), heated and covered, open from 9 am to 9 pm, from 15 May to 15 September (dates subject to change) - A lovely 200 m² garden and a 60 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A pétanque court The house is ideally situated in Trélou-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant setting.

Activities: - Dormans 1914–1918 Memorial - Dormans Castle Park - Statue of Urban II - Tours of prestigious Champagne houses (Fleury-Gille in Trélou-sur-Marne, Maître-Geoffroy in Cumières) - Hautvillers, the historic village of Dom Pérignon and the cradle of Champagne - La Cave aux Coquillages in Fleury-la-Rivière - American Monument on Hill 204 - Jean de La Fontaine Museum - Château and Eagles Show - Château de Condé-en-Brie - Château de Fère-en-Tardenois and La Hotée du Diable - Camille Claudel House in Villeneuve-sur-Fère - Notre-Dame Cathedral, Reims - Saint-Remi Basilica - Disneyland Paris Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles). Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Pets are not permitted in the property. - Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
