Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment (45sqm) in our single-family house facing south. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Ahrbrück in the beautiful Ahr Valley. It is situated on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Parking is available directly at the house, with a covered sitting area and a lawn for sunbathing.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. A cozy bedroom in Mediterranean style with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional guest toilet, and a small hallway are also available for your use.

In the living kitchen, there is a new extendable double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.55 x 2.0 m) for 2 additional people, a dining table for 4, as well as a flat-screen satellite TV and a clock radio.

We ask for your understanding that smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. You are welcome to smoke in front of the house or on the terrace.

The apartment is located in a forest-rich environment, right in the middle of a hiking area with wonderful trails, on the country road towards Kesseling. Spring, late summer, and autumn are probably the best times to explore the Ahr Valley on foot, preferably with your four-legged friends. The famous Red Wine Hiking Trail winds its way for 36 kilometers through the vineyards of the Ahr Valley and can be reached in a 10-minute drive. Here, some of the best and most frequently awarded Pinot Noirs in Germany are grown. Just unwind and enjoy the soothing nature away from everyday life. For motorsport fans, a trip to the well-known and easily accessible Nürburgring is worthwhile. The Rhine metropolises of Bonn and Cologne, as well as Koblenz, are also easily reachable. For the little guests, a visit to the summer toboggan run is a must. Swimming pools and sauna facilities are located nearby in Rheinbach Monte Mare, as well as the leisure pool in Kempenich. Alternatively, you can enjoy a lovely alpaca hike with the Hirschbach Alpacas in Ahrbrück. Shopping facilities are available within a 5-minute drive in Ahrbrück. A bus stop is located immediately outside the door. Ahrbrück train station is about 1.5 km away. Altenahr is 5 km away.

The payment is made on-site in cash.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 8 PM. Check-out is possible until 10 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance for coordination if necessary.
The key handover takes place personally on-site.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Dogs are welcome, with a one-time fee of €20 per dog.
Please note that only dogs are permitted, we do not allow cats or other animals.
