ATTENTION:

- The POOL is NOT for the exclusive use of the flat guests; the service is SHARED with the other guests of the villa and with possible external guests.

- The SWIMMING POOL is available from June to September (depending on weather conditions it is possible that the opening will be brought forward to May and the closing will be postponed to October); it will not be available during the following time slot: 7.00-10.00.

- NO LIFEGUARD.

- STAIRWAYS are available to access the flat.

- CAR NEEDED to reach the property and to move around the area; the property has a COVERED CAR PARK.

- FIREPLACE NOT USABLE.

- There is a DOG in a closed enclosure at the entrance of the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
