The house is ideally south-facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day long on the three large terraces, on the sun loungers or over a meal.
The fine sandy beach of Nourriguel is right in front of the house.
This 140 m2 residence can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child (3 bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with storage space, garage access with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed 180 or two single beds 90 and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed 180 or two single beds 90, storage space and access to private terrace at the rear of the house.
- En-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.
1st floor
- Living room with sofa (bed), coffee table, television.
- Relaxation area facing the sea.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, plancha, filter coffee maker and Nespresso.
- Large dining table seating eight.

2nd floor
- Study, children's relaxation area with cot and seat.

If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.
Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.
