## Space *Work is currently being carried out on the land behind the house, which may cause noise pollution from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. * The works will be suspended in July and August.

This architect-designed house of over 110m2 can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms) First floor: - Living room with TV, coffee table, sofa, dining table and fireplace. - Open, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...) - Master suite with double bed 160x200, closet and storage space and private bathroom with bath, washing machine + tumble dryer). 1st floor: - Shower room with WC - 2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200 and storage space - 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 and storage space Outside : - Garden/Terrace with garden furniture (deckchairs, barbecue, dining table, garden furniture...) 2 private parking spaces (garage and driveway).
