This chalet offers plenty of peace, space and luxury. Relax after an active day in your own private sauna or enjoy the impressive mountain scenery on the terrace. The chalet is located directly in the holiday region of Bad Kleinkirchheim, which offers a wide range of activities! Discover the beautiful mountain world of the UNESCO Biosphere Park Carinthian Nockberge while skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling and/or mountain biking or relax in one of the two local thermal spas! Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, offering varied skiing pleasure and spread over a total of 35 wide slopes. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort also offers Carinthia's first roller bob, the Kaiserburg Bob, snowtubing, a children's slope and a snowpark. Another beautiful ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Heidialm Skipark-Falkert, a family-friendly ski area with 12 kilometres of slopes and a cross-country trail. Highly recommended is the Goldeck ski resort near Spittal an der Drau, where you will find the longest black run in Austria! In summer, Bad Kleinkirchheim's cable cars take you directly to the region's various mountain peaks. Discover the unique nature of the Nockberge mountains while hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The nearby well-known Carinthian swimming lakes and the public swimming pool in Radenthein offer great swimming fun and an extensive water sports programme in summer and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes. The centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim is close to the chalet and offers plenty of shopping opportunities, a large selection of restaurants and 2 beautiful thermal baths, the Therme Römerbad and the St. Kathrein therme. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.
Die angegebenen Entfernung auf der Homepage stimmten nicht mit den tatsächlichen Entfernung überein (war zum Einkauf zB. doppelt so lang).

The house is perfect, the heating is fantastic, we even turned off the radiators because it has underfloor heating. Two bathrooms and a toilet are quite enough for a large number of people. The sauna is excellent. The gondola is very close. The house is in a quiet area, perfect for a vacation.
