The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Lancieux, just 200 metres from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a floor area of 50 m² and accommodation for up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room with a small terrace overlooking the sea, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A combined living and dining area with a sofa - A kitchen opening onto the living area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90x190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to provide the following additional facilities: a cot, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Outside: - A small balcony terrace with furniture, a table and chairs to enjoy the sea view On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. The house is ideally situated in Lancieux, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a butcher’s, a bakery, a patisserie, a fishmonger’s, a cheese shop, a tobacconist’s, restaurants, bars, a chemist’s, a GP’s surgery, a takeaway pizza shop, a market and a golf course… The beach is just 200 metres away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo, 17.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 68 km The local Cocoonr team is on hand throughout your stay.

Het is jammer dat er in de slaapkamer met het dubbele bed voor het het smalle raam (zonder luik) geen gordijn hing.

L'appartement est très bien placé avec un petit balcon vue mer. La plage est à quelques toutes petites minutes.
Il est très bien équipé et la chambre pour les enfants avec tous les livres à disposition est un vrai +.

Appartement super bien situé ! J'ai adoré la vue sur la mer et écouter le bruit des vagues. La plage la plus proche est super belle, magnifique au coucher de soleil. La chambre enfant est top avec plein de supers livres à disposition et quelques jeux. La cuisine est suffisamment équipée. La salle de bain est petite mais parfaitement fonctionnelle :-) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
