A bright living room with a sofa, stylish armchairs, and a TV. An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, along with an elegant marble breakfast bar. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large LED mirror. ☀️ A LARGE SUNNY TERRACE Enjoy a spacious, sunlit terrace, accessible from every room in the apartment.
It is equipped with a cozy lounge area, a parasol, and a large dining table for outdoor meals. 🏖 AN IDEAL LOCATION The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and the lively center of Juan-les-Pins, where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. This prime location also provides easy access to water activities, the ferry to the Lérins Islands, and the famous Baie des Milliardaires.
You will also be near Pinède Park, which hosts the renowned International Jazz Festival every year. The train station is just a five-minute walk away, allowing you to reach nearby cities like Cannes, Nice, and Fréjus in less than 40 minutes. 🗝️ GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay.
Keys will be handed over in person at the apartment from 4:00 PM onwards. 🧾 ADDITIONAL FEES Bed linen is included for stays of six nights or more.
For shorter stays, it can be provided as an optional extra at an additional cost. A tourist tax may be requested depending on the booking platform. 😇 SERVICES To make your arrival easier, online check-in will be required through a link sent after confirmation.
Once completed, you will have access to a digital welcome guide containing arrival instructions, apartment details, local recommendations, and more. 💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit via an online bank authorization may be required at the time of booking, depending on the platform used.
