In a beautiful contemporary chalet, gîte with private land and independent entrance located in the heart of the Vallée de la Clarée in the hamlet of Roubion.
The gîte is on one level, on the ground floor of a building containing the owners' home, as well as another furnished tourist accommodation.
Living room opening onto a private outdoor space facing south, dining area and relaxation area (convertible sofa), fully equipped fitted kitchen.
Independent sleeping area (large alcove with 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm).
Shower room - WC with washing machine.
Underfloor heating.
Wifi access.
Baby bed and chair available.
Private outdoor space with reserved parking space, garden furniture.
Sheets and towels provided, beds made.
Cleaning service available.
The owners' restaurant "Un Brin Sauvage" is located in "Ville-Haute", in the heart of the village, 3 km from the gîte (it is rated 1 toque in Gault et Millau): café, lunch and dinner, as well as takeaway meals.
From the gîte, there are many hiking trails and, in winter, access to the Nordic and alpine ski slopes 200 m away.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le cadre enchanteur de Névache. Le logement est impeccable, très beau, bien équipé, pratique. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles, et nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Le village est superbe, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et la vallée a beaucoup à offrir pour les amateurs de nature. Nous reviendrons !

Le gîte de Ludivine et Jean-Laurent est parfaitement situé pour profiter de la Vallée de la Clarée et ses alentours.Le gîte est aménagé et équipé avec goût et très propre, tout pour s’y sentir bien !
