In the heart of the Clarée Valley, in an exceptional high mountain setting, gîte located in the hamlet of Sallé and set up in a recent semi-detached house with private outdoor space facing south.
The large living room located on the ground floor offers a beautiful relaxation area close to a large bay window allowing you to enjoy the mountain landscape and opening onto the terrace.
TV + DVD player, wood stove.
The large fitted and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, plenty of storage and complete equipment).
A storage space in the back kitchen is available for storage and access to the washing machine.
Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a small balcony facing south (2 double beds 160 cm, 2 beds 80 x 200 cm that can be joined together and a bed 90 cm).
Bathroom-WC with shower and bathtub.
Separate WC on the ground floor.
Cot and high chair available.
Integrated electric heating with additional heating from the wood stove (wood box provided).
Wi-Fi connection.
The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
A private garage can be used for a vehicle and to store bicycles and equipment.
The cottage is located near the cross-country ski trails and many hiking and mountain biking trails.

Très bon accueil et gîte très propre. Confortable et très bon situé pour visiter cette magnifique vallée. La literie est profite et confortable. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Un congélateur qui peut être utile au regard de la distance des supermarchés. Merci pour tout.

5eme année où nous revenons dans ce superbe gite tout confort. Situation idéale pour le ski nordique: Nevache, Cervieres et Le Monetier...De la place pour toute la famille avec tout le confort. Les avantages de la résidence secondaire sans les inconvénients!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Névache. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Le gîte est confortable, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour la famille. La vallée de la Clarée est magnifique !À recommander sans hésitation.
