Halfway between lake and mountains, at the southern entrance to the Parc des Écrins, in an old renovated farmhouse having kept all its character with the vaults of the living room in particular, it is in this environment that Françoise and Jean- Claude, the owners, will have the pleasure of welcoming you.
The “Chalet Carline” gîte is located in a semi-detached house and is made up of 3 levels.
The accommodation has a separate entrance with access via an external staircase.
Please note: due to its configuration, the interior of the gîte is made up of several staircases or flights of steps to reach the different rooms.
On the garden level: independent and private WC; large spacious vaulted living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area offering direct access to the south-east facing outdoor terrace with a view of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the surrounding mountains.
On the ground floor: 2 master bedrooms, each with a small kitchen area, 160*200cm double bed, bathroom, separate WC and access to a balcony.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with 160*200cm double bed with shower room, separate WC; 1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds and an integrated shower room/WC.
Electric heating.
Private parking in front of the gîte.
At your disposal, lean-to used as equipment room.
For a comfortable stay: sheets, made beds, bathroom linen, table linen as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Numerous possibilities for outdoor and leisure activities on site or nearby: hikes from the gîte, mountain biking, horse riding, Lake St Apollinaire less than 4 km away and Lake Serre-Ponçon less than 8 km away for your activities. water sports, Réallon ski resort with downhill skiing and cross-country skiing 6 km away, climbing 8 km away.
Shops, services in Savines-Le-Lac and Chorges located 7 and 11 km respectively.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme , les hotes sont bienveillants et a l'écoute des besoins . Une vue exceptionnelle, les chambres sont très spacieuses et très bien équipées (salle de bain) la literie est tres bonne. Je recommande vivement ce chalet.

Magnifique rénovation tout confort, très grand, très lumineux, très bien situé proche du lac de Serre-Ponçon et du lac Saint Apollinaire où l'on peut se baigner en toute tranquillité.vue exceptionnelle depuis la très grande terrasse, et les 2 chambres avec balcon ou terrasse.Accueil chaleureux, présence discrète.

Très agréable séjour avec vue superbe sur les montagnes et le lac.La maison est très spacieuse, joliment décorée et on s’y sent rapidement chez soi.Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et le propriétaire a fait en sorte de rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible .
