Between Lake and mountain, an ideal location for this former fully rehabilitated summer cottage where the contemporary married very well to wood and old stone.
It is located just 200 metres from the family Réallon ski station which also offers many activities of full nature, with the Ecrins National Parc in backdrop and the nearby Lake of Serre-Ponçon.
From the terrace you can enjoy this view simply breathtaking on the surrounding mountains.
This chalet is accessible on one level.
A very large living room with dining area, kitchen incorporated (l-, m-microwave, fridge-freezer,..), lounge area with wood stove, flat screen TV.
A large room in duplex with its independent mezzanine (1 bed 2 pers., 3 beds 1 pers) with its room d ' bathroom, wc, laundry room with l-linen.
Ground floor two spacious bedrooms with their bathroom - private wc (1 bed 2 pers, 2 beds 1 pers) opens directly to the outside.

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet de qualité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et arrangeant. Le chalet est situé à proimité de la station, même si les 200m à parcourir sont en montée. La pièce à vivre est très conviviale et le chalet est spacieu. Je recommande !!

3ème séjour dans ce magnifique chalet, bien adapté PMR pour le niveau principal.La vue est toujours aussi belle sur le Morgon et autres sommets. Nous avons de nouveau eu la visite de perdrix rouge sur la terrasse.Encore merci au propriétaire pour les conseils d'activités et de restaurant.

Très agréable séjour dans une superbe région.Gite au top avec tout le nécessaire.Vue superbe depuis la cuisine et la terrasse.Tout était impeccable si ce n'est les matelas qui sont, selon moi, trop mous mais il s'agit là d'une opinion tout à fait subjective et personnelle.
