The gîte "La Grange" has a separate entrance via a private terrace facing west.

The gîte fitted out on the upper floor of the building has direct access to the private outdoor space.

The large living room is fitted with a beautiful fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and the pleasant lounge area (dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob and full equipment), TV.

The pellet wood stove (a 15 kg bag of pellets provided) can supplement the electric heating system, shower room, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 x 200 cm).

Adjoining the gîte La Ferme, ideal for stays with family or friends while maintaining its independence.

In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation allows the practice of many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, discovery of fauna, flora, canyoning, access to the Serre-Ponçon lake or discovery of the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region.

In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, to the Réallon resort 12 km away and to the ski or snowshoe hiking trails from the gîte.
