We welcome you to this charming three double bedroom, three bathroom home that has been designed to give a true home from home feel for guests staying in Market Harborough.
Perfect for contractors, families visiting the area and for relocation purposes.
The house also offers free parking. This home hosts a maximum of 6 guests.

The property includes three well-furnished bedrooms: Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, a double wardrobe, and its own separate bathroom; Bedroom 2 features a double bed and a double wardrobe; and Bedroom 3 provides a double bed, a double wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
Additionally, there is a separate family bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. Enjoy a range of convenient amenities during your stay, including free private and on-street parking.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own separate bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Please note that due to the location of this property within a residential area, there is a strict No-Party Policy, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of neighbouring properties. When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway to park one vehicle.
Additional free parking is available on street however please do not park down the side of the property. NOTE: Please ensure only park 1 car / van on the driveway of the property.
For additional vehicles, please park around the corner to not interfere with neighbour parking Once parked, you will see two lock boxes on the side of the property by the gate.
The keys are in the left-hand side lock box. Please use the code sent in the check in message / email to open the key safe.

26 davies close. Excellent property. Good amenities. Only gripe was lots of cobwebs about property inside and all around widows.
