There are several restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep and the main shopping district is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Stadium of Light is a 20 minute walk, or a short drive/taxi ride. Just 5 mins from the studio you will find Mowbray Park, a lovely spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland Train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Hendon Beach is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away. Being so centrally located, most of what Sunderland has to offer is within easy walking distance. Sunderland Train station is less than a 10 minute walk or a short taxi ride away. There are a number of bus routes servicing the road outside the building, linking other parts of the city. There are also regular trains to Central Newcastle taking around 40 minutes.
