Bright and spacious throughout, the apartment features an open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms and a private balcony.
With high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and access to a communal gym, it’s a well-equipped base for couples, families and business travellers visiting York. Guests have sole access to the aprtment for the duration of their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
