Comfortable and modern 40 sqm apartment with balcony, for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building (NO elevator) inside the Sileno Beach residential complex.
The property is located in a central position, a few minutes on foot from the sea, in Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside area rich points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle and the statue of Nike. The accommodation features a living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, TV, A/C split unit, and access to Balcony I. - BALCONY I with a table and chairs. - BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, and access to Balcony II. - BALCONY II with a table, chairs, and washing machine. - BATHROOM with a shower box, sink, bidet, and WC. Further Services Available to Guests: Unlimited WiFi, hot/cold air conditioning (split unit in the living room), washing machine (on the balcony), iron, drying rack, and hairdryer. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, as the living area is quite compact. NOTE: Please note that there is a step in the bathroom. The building does not have a lift - the accommodation is on the first floor. The presence of works in the apartment above is reported. PET FRIENDLY: Small pets are allowed at this property.
PLEASE NOTE: All requests must be communicated and approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. There is a parking lot inside the complex (NOT allocated and NOT guaranteed); however, please note that in high season there may be difficulties to park.
Other free parking spaces are available around the property. Within the residential complex, there is a small underpass that provides pedestrian access to the Strada Nazionale, directly across from the restaurant “Spizzicannu”, just 150 meters from the sea. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30; EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00. Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. The beach is less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Taormina is only a few km from the property.
In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must.
Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay. Main points of interest: - Beach: 5 minutes on foot; - Schisò Castle and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 12 minutes on foot; - Statue of Nike: 18 minutes on foot; - Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car. - Caffè Chantal (bar): 5 minutes on foot (400 meters); - Supermercati Decò (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot (550 meters); - La Sirenetta (restaurant and pizzeria): 7 minutes on foot (600 meters). - The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). Parking is available inside the complet.
In addition, near the property there are other free parking spaces (there may be difficulties to find parking in high season). - From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti.
The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, just 50 meters from the underpass that connects "Strada Nazionale" with the complex where the property is located.
At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses that lead to Taormina in about 10 minutes. Please check the timetables on the Interbus/Etna Trasporti website.

We had a wonderful stay in Giardini Naxos! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and easy to find. The location is super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with a nice view from the property.
The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all our questions quickly.

L' alloggio era rispondente alla descrizione e l' host è stato estremamente disponibile per risolvere le piccole difficoltà relative alle scarse indicazioni in merito all' alloggio. Posizione ottima e alloggio consigliato per una famiglia con due bambini

Super logement à quelques pas de la mer. Seul bémol, la taille du logement pour 4 adultes est assez restreinte je ne conseille pas pour autant de personnes. Sinon rien à redire le logement et l’hôte ont été à la hauteur de nos espérances.
