It is located in a convenient position to reach the Fiera area and the historic center of Bologna and a few minutes by bus to reach the Bologna Centrale railway station.
Apartment located on the third floor without a lift.
It comfortably accommodates 5 people in 70 square meters of space. LIVING AREA. with sofa bed and kitchenette complete with coffee maker and various kitchen utensils. BEDROOM 1. Two single beds and wardrobe. BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, wardrobe and desk. BATH.
Shower box, bidet and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Fan, TV, iron and clothes horse, washing machine. cot for babies upon request and payment. ATTENTION: Wifi is NOT available. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bologna. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022). Donato district developed between the 1950s and 1970s due to demographic development, hosting mainly refugees and workers in those years. In 1978 work began on the Fiera District, i.e. the city business center designed by Kenzō Tange at the end of the 1960s. The first towers will be inaugurated in 1983, but the works will only be completed in 2011. This has given the neighborhood a more modern look, with many services. Die Unterkunft hat keine Klimaanlage! Die Wohnung hat sich bei über 30 Grad leider sehr aufgeheizt!

el alojamiento está muy bien es muy limpio, y se encuentra a dos minutos andando de la feria. simplemente le daría un pequeño consejo, de añadir un poco más de menaje de cocina, ya que sentimos que faltó algún vaso o utensilio en cocina.
