We offer this charming 41 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view, mountain view, close to the beach, for rent in Lumio, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, WC
Outside :
- A 31 m² terrace facing the port, the sea and the mountains.
The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a dining table, two areas with a lounge and two deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Others remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
