Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house in La Trinité-sur-Mer, complete with a swimming pool (subject to opening dates) and Wi-Fi. It has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 65 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (three shower rooms and one bathroom with a bath and shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival. The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 65 m² living area with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two adjoining bedrooms.
The smaller bedroom with two single beds is open-plan and has no door separating it from the bedroom with the queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with a spa bath and shower - Two separate toilets Upstairs: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room. - A bedroom with two single beds - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, heated) open from 13 June 2026 to 17 September 2026. Opening dates subject to change. - A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days Nestled in the heart of Quiberon Bay, La Trinité-sur-Mer offers the authenticity of a Breton village overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan.
The property is the ideal place to experience local customs first-hand: enjoy freshly caught seafood, stroll along the harbour and take in the coastal scenery. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-stay’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Villa spacieuse bien décoré, emplacement proche du port à pied et secteur calme. Bonne accueille et communication de l'agence Cocoonr et merci du cadeau de bienvenue. Bonne literie et bien équipés, nous avons beaucoup appréciés la piscine durant notre séjour ensoleillé. Nous recommandons cette prestation qui accepte les petits chiens.
