Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 60 m² flat in Arzon, near the port of Crouesty, less than a kilometer from the beach, with access to the residence's swimming pool (unheated and open from June 15 to September 15). It can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the first floor, it features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a double room with 140x190 bedding, a room with 2 bunk beds ideal for children or teenagers, a bathroom (with shower) and individual washbasin, and a separate toilet.
Located on the ground floor, this flat also has an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture for enjoying the warm weather.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: - 20 m² living room with TV sofa-bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - One bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A swimming pool (unheated, open from June 15 to September 15) - A terrace to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally located in Arzon, in a very pleasant environment.

Logement très propre. Linge de maison (draps, serviettes de bain, torchons) fourni.
Facile d'accès et très bonnes indications, parking gratuit sur place.
Bon emplacement, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du Port du Crouesty.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

Habitué à louer dans la résidence "les jardins du crouesty", une fois de plus nous ne sommes pas déçus.
Appartement spacieux, très propre, avec une très belle rénovation.

Le confort. La piscine.
Le système de boîte à clé n’a jamais fonctionné. On a du le donner un code temporaire pour l’arrivée et le départ. dommage de ne pas avoir de transat pour la piscine ou un fauteuil qu’on puisse amener à la piscine avec nous.
