Porto Azzurro is one of the most important and well-known towns on the island, famous for its tourist port, the crystal clear sea and the beauty of its landscapes.
The port of Porto Azzurro is one of the focal points of the town, and is much appreciated by yachtsmen and tourists in general. Two-room apartment 4/6 beds (maximum 5 adults accompanied by a child) Spacious two-room apartment convenient to all services, in a quiet location slightly away from the center in a residential context.
The living area consists of a room with TV corner and double sofa bed, kitchen with dining table.
The sleeping area consists of a family room with TV (double with bunk bed). Bathroom with bidet, washing machine and shower.
Equipped terrace. It does not have a parking space but you can easily leave it on the roadside nearby. Type of furniture: - functional Apartment amenities: - electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas burners, air conditioning included in the price, LCD TV, washing machine and iron with ironing board, fan, hairdryer, camping cot Important Notes: - groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed - we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house, for a maximum of 5 adults - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - only small pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30 to be paid on site - deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
