The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, which was fully renovated and equipped in 2024.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed (180×200) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 5: single bed (90×200) - Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer.
Outside: - A lovely 880 m² enclosed garden - A 60 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, opposite Fort La Latte, in a quiet, leafy setting.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
