Appartamento Mare Azzurro is a second floor apartment, located about 400 meters far from both the very famous Lama Monachile beach and from the entrance to the old town of Polignano a Mare.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, it is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washing machine.
It allows you to rest outside the crowds and the confusion of the old town of Polignano a Mare, even only a few hundred meters far from it. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a large balcony with table and chairs. Appartamento Mare Azzurro is far 50 km from Bari Airport and 81 km from the one of Brindisi.
The closest beach is the famous Lama Monachile beach at 400 meters from the house, the equipped beaches of Capitolo (hamlet of Monopoli) are far 21 km, while the ones of Savelletri (hamlet of Fasano) 28 km. The accomodation is far 15 km from Monopoli, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 37 km from Alberobello, 53 km from Ostuni, 37 km from Locorotondo, 44 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 99 km from Matera and 121 Km from Lecce.

On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property.
Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property.
Then we will provide the code to access the property.
If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival.
Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide.
These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement. Check-In: from 4pm to 11pm (Late Check-In until 02:00am 30€) Check-Out: before 10am Cautionary Deposit: 100€
