It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows - A living room and fitted kitchen - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 single bunk beds - a bathroom - A separate WC Please note: Le Lourtuais is part of a complex of several buildings known as Le Manoir de la Ville Méen. There are therefore six lodgings on the same property that can be rented individually or as a group: Jospinet, La Perrière, La Chapelle, Le Portuais and l'Etochet. It is also possible to rent the reception room from the owners, but it can only be rented with a minimum of 5 units. Outside : - Private terrace and lawn.
Courtyard and large shared lawn The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park shared by all tenants (15 vehicles). Here is some information you may find useful regarding transport links: - Nearest railway station: Lamballe - Nearest airport: Rennes Others Remark : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included - The owners of the accommodations live on site - Charging electric vehicles is prohibited on site: public charging station in the car park in front of the Planguenoual mini-market. Die Lage war super. Es war soweit sauber. Die Aussen Anlage war gepflegt.
Kein Schrank im Zimmer der Eltern.
Ein kleiner einfacher Staubsauger wäre gut gewesen.
