Welcome to Le Barcarès, where you will find the authentic charm of the Fishing Port, the shores of the marine lake, the large beach and its emblematic cruise ship "Le Lydia". Located a few kilometers from the cottage, on the edge of the Salses-Leucate pond, the Dosses site is a refuge of biodiversity, an exceptional natural space. The place is ideal for discovering more than 200 plant species and 50 bird species. This place of contrasts between land and sea, offers a mosaic of habitats. From the cottage, you will be a few km from the Natura 2000 sites: the Salses castle, the Salses-Leucate lagoon complex. Not forgetting the residence's shared swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi and weight room. From the residence, you can reach the beaches a few meters away by pedestrian access and by bike or car, with free parking. In front of the cottage, you have direct access to the Barcarès pond. The owners provide a canoe to allow you to take beautiful walks on the pond. It is also possible to practice windsurfing, kitesurfing and water skiing.

This independent house with a typical thatched roof, on one level, opens onto a living room with a fitted kitchen. The two sleeping areas are independent.

Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and adjoining toilet:
- a first bedroom: 1 bed 140x190
- a second bedroom: 2 beds 90x190
- a small cabin with two bunk beds 90x190 can accommodate two additional people.
The covered terrace directly overlooks the private enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 350 m².
In the residence, you also have shops available open 7 days a week in season (grocery store, hot spot with bakery, restaurant, bar). Free parking in the residence.
