This apartment is located a 1 minute walk from Liverpool One. The property boasts 1 cosy bedroom with a king size bed and a great shared space sleeping 2 guests.
Teamed with a spacious balcony overlooking the quaint Campbell Sq - this property is the perfect spot for families and tourists looking to relax. Please kindly note, the key collection is located a short 5 minute walk from the property. *We kindly ask you to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* Our guests have full access to the apartment! The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed.
An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works.

We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 9-10 minute walk.
This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer! The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays.
If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 24 hours each day to help with any queries via phone call or message.
We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide.
Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation Pets: Not allowed.

This great centrally located apartment is only a few minutes walk from all of the fantastic tourist opportunities the city has to offer and boasts great transport links nearby! The apartment itself is situated in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood complex which is secure and only accessible to residents only. The apartment offers one comfortable king size bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen for all of your needs and a modern bathroom.
The apartment also has to offer a spacious open lounge and bistro area which also sleeps 2 guests.
A towel is provided for each guest staying at the property, along with toiletries, cooking essentials, and tea and coffee for you to enjoy whilst relaxing on the spacious rooftop balcony.
The front entrance to the property is located up one flight of stairs and the property has one flight of stairs inside to access the main living space. The bright decor of the property gives a warm and welcoming feeling to guests.
Opening the doors to your own private roof balcony is a great way to start the day! Would be a 5 star property with a washer.Arrived to 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels in kitchen, no tissues, and 1 kitchen towel.Nice freeze but no ice trays. We purchased 1 and left it behind.The communication and assistance from the host company was outstanding.Not offended by the check in process. The store the keys were at is very convenient to the location.
