Villa Aura Scopello is a brand-new construction completed in 2024, located in the most prestigious tourist area of Western Sicily: Scopello. The villa is also just a short distance from the Zingaro Nature Reserve and Guidaloca Beach.

A short drive away, you can visit the archaeological park of Segesta, featuring its stunning Greek Temple and Amphitheater. The area also offers the Segesta Thermal Baths, with natural sulfurous water springs. Visitors can choose to enjoy the thermal facilities with pools and wellness paths or freely access the natural springs at no cost.

Villa Aura Scopello features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite), comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The villa includes a living area with an antique stone floor, a large corner sofa, and an external veranda with a BBQ area.

The property offers ample parking, including a shaded area for two vehicles. Set in a 2,500-square-meter garden, the villa boasts an infinity pool (10 x 5 x 1.5 meters) with a spacious solarium equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the entire Gulf from the villa, and privacy is ensured thanks to the distance from other villas and access via a private road not open to the public.

Important Notes:
Electric or plug-in cars cannot be charged using the villa’s outlets.
Pets are not allowed.
Events with external guests are prohibited. Should you wish to invite friends or relatives for daytime visits (without overnight stays), prior authorization must be obtained from the owners for insurance purposes and to cover any additional fees.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house but is permitted in the expansive outdoor areas.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Alternative times may be arranged in advance with the owners.
The owners or their representatives will gladly provide recommendations for tourist attractions, shopping, and the best restaurants and pizzerias in the area.
