The generous open-plan living area includes a seating space with two sofas and a smart TV, along with a fully equipped modern kitchen containing everything you need to prepare meals at home. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. There are two large double bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage for clothing. A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests and can be made up prior to arrival for an extra fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). The family bathroom is fitted with a powerful shower-over-bath and comes with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your convenience.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

The promenade is just a 5 minute walk away, and if you continue along, you will encounter attractions such as Southport Pier, Pleasureland, Splashworld and Southport Beach. Southport train station is just a 5 minute walk away, with regular trains departing to Liverpool taking just 50 minutes. Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and further afield. There are also local bus routes servicing Southport and linking local towns.
