Our prices vary depending on the duration of stay and the season. On weekends/public holidays, a minimum stay of 2-7 nights may apply. Our apartments are usually bookable from 1 week, short stays from 5 nights are available upon request.

Payment is made on-site in cash or by EC/credit card. By arrangement, payment by invoice is possible.

For the reservation, the hotel may request a deposit of up to 30% of the agreed price.
Check-in is possible between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is possible by 11:00 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in time for arrangements if necessary.

The key handover takes place in person on-site.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The guest contribution of the city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler currently amounts to €2.00 per person/night (children between 6 and 17 years €0.80 per night) and is charged on-site in addition.
Included in the basic price:
Hotel room incl. breakfast buffet.
Holiday apartments incl. final cleaning, bed linen & towels.

On the day of arrival, the room/apartment is available from 12:00 PM. Arrivals after 6 PM are possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room/apartment by 11:00 AM. Deviations are possible upon request and prior arrangement.

If you depart by 6:00 PM, half of the room/apartment rate is to be paid; after 6:00 PM, the full room/apartment rate is due. Reserved rooms/apartments must be occupied by 6:00 PM at the latest. If this is not done, the hotel can dispose of the room/apartment unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed upon.
