Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the village of Laferté-sur-Amance.
It has a floor area of 80 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 25 m² living room with sofas, a wood-burning stove (5 logs provided) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room and toilet On the ground floor - Bedroom 2 (master suite): a king-size bed (180×200) with a walk-in wardrobe, bath and washbasin - Bedroom 3: two single beds, a sofa bed and a walk-in shower with washbasin - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outdoors: - A beautiful 1,000 m² south-facing garden, unfenced but overlooking a cul-de-sac. It features a gravel terrace, two sunshades made of exotic wood, and a full set of garden furniture. - A 70 m² terrace with a table for 6 people, 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit The house is situated in the heart of the countryside, with only two neighbouring houses.
It offers unobstructed views over the Amance Valley.
It is a true haven of peace and tranquillity, where you can admire magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Activities: - Hiking and nature: Explore the footpaths and country lanes through the forest and across the hills, on foot or by mountain bike. - Historical heritage: Visit the Church of Saint-Martin in Laferté-sur-Amance and discover the architecture of the surrounding villages. - Cycle tourism: Make the most of the quiet roads of the Haute-Marne and the signposted routes to explore the region by bike. - Fishing and water sports: Fishing, swimming, pedalos, canoes and stand-up paddleboarding at Lake Liez, 20 minutes away, with activities such as water skiing and wakeboarding. - Land-based activities at Lac de la Liez: Hiking, mountain biking, all-terrain electric scooters and nature watching around the lake. - Bourbonne-les-Bains: A nearby spa resort, offering wellness treatments, a casino and a wildlife park. - Langres: A fortified town 30 km away, with its ramparts, cathedral and museums. - Local food tasting: Sample regional specialities at markets and on farms. - Equestrian activities: Horse rides to explore the countryside. - Wildlife watching: Ideal for birdwatchers and nature lovers. - Local festivals: Find out about cultural events during your stay. Als je van rust houdt is de plek van het huis geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht, totale rust aan de rand van een klein ook rustig dorpje. Het huis zelf zit als een comfortabele jas om je heen. Het dorp beschikt over een klein postkantoor waar 6 dagen in de week s 'ochtends stokbrood, baguette, croissants worden verkocht. Het gebied biedt veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen.
Alles is ons goed bevallen ( zelfs bij regenachtig weer).
