Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. The accommodation comprises - A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Sleeping area: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A 3 m² balcony to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Saint-Sauveur, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. Activities : - Swimming and water sports (lake, Durance...). - Numerous family walks (discovery trails, orienteering trails, etc.) and sporting walks. - Sightseeing in Embrun and other sites: Mont Dauphin, Boscodon Abbey, Barrage Museum... As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Embrun railway station about 8 minutes' drive away - Grenoble Alpes Isère airport is about 2 hours 46 minutes away by car. Other information : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). appartement tres bien equipé et UNE VUE!!!......extraordinaire!!! sur le lac de serre ponçon en face et embruns sur la droite.magasin super U à 10 minutes en voiturepetit balcon avec table et chaises (comme sur la photo)par contre il est situé en hauteur ce qui fait qu' il est impossible de garer sa...
