Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. The accommodation comprises - A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Sleeping area: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A 3 m² balcony to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Saint-Sauveur, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. Activities : - Swimming and water sports (lake, Durance...). - Numerous family walks (discovery trails, orienteering trails, etc.) and sporting walks. - Sightseeing in Embrun and other sites: Mont Dauphin, Boscodon Abbey, Barrage Museum... As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Embrun railway station about 8 minutes' drive away - Grenoble Alpes Isère airport is about 2 hours 46 minutes away by car. Other information : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
