The apartment has a gathering area, the perfect cozy spot for your family.
You’ll love our fully-equipped open kitchen, ideal for guests to chat while food is ready! FULLY EQUIPED KITCHEN We have included additional appliances to make your stay even better: oven, microwave, fridge, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, cooking and dining utensils and more.
MAIN BEDROOM The bedroom has a fantastic King Bed & a Twin sofa bed with Smart TV 50" with access to your Netflix account.
It has his own A/C unit.
LIVING ROOM It has a Queen sofa bed and twin sofa bed with Smart TV 50" with access to your Netflix account.
It has his own A/C unit.
BATHROOM The bathroom consists of a 12 Inches Luxury Rain Mixer Shower with Body Shower, technological mirror, toilet.
We will include the hair dryer, shampoo, soap, a first toilet paper & more.
OTHERS We will provide you a 250 MB Internet Wireless & Ethernet Access.
We have included additional appliances to make your stay even better: two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, iron, safe and more.
We know our guests may have different needs, based on that we offer the following upon request: - Babies/toddlers: Pack N' Play with blankets and mattress ($5 per night), feeding high chair ($5 per night) - Shabbat Friendly: We can provide you a Shabbat hot plate, door key (to open the door manually without electronic code), fridge and refrigerator contains a button that can be taped so the light does not turn on when opened.

All our 1 bedroom apartments have the same furniture layout and decoration is the same but color palette might vary.

We will also provide you with our contact details. - Parking: We have +10 free parking spots in front of the building which are first come first serve.
Also, there are free public parking spots in the streets next and near the building. - Our check out time is 11 a.m.
Due to logistics, we don’t have a lot of flexibility to move the check-out so we kindly ask you to exit the apartment on time.
In the event that the time is not kept, there are late check out fees: - $50 if guest(s) stay after 11:30 p.m. - Full extra night cost if guest(s) stay after 12:15 p.m. - Smoking is not permitted in our apartments, we are very strict about this policy.
If we find smoking traces or odor throughout the stay there is $400 fine , and the guest is expected to leave the apartment immediately.
CHECK IN Our Guest will be provided with detailed instructions and access information 24 hour prior Check-in: The door has an electronic lock which can be used with the code that will be provided with the check in instructions.
This unique code will allowed every guest to access their specific unit with out having to be in contact with someone from our staff.
