Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts. Please do not flush wipes down toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be responsible $1500 for any plumbing repairs. No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana.
If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM.

Great host, could not ask for more in terms of communication. House is freashly updated, kitchen well equiped. Good location for hitting the beach. Good linens, beds, etc

The house is in a great location. A nice quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is also very nice - open and well equipped. The pool, while not large, is enjoyable and sunny. There were 5 adults for a 2 weeks stay. Unfortunately the only sofa (3 seater) was not very ...

I stayed in the property for a long weekend in Feb. The property was very clean and well decorated and the availability of a private pool was a great addition. I will say there were a couple of missed opportunities that would have elevated things a bit. Upon arrival the grass was way over due to be ...
