The Old Pump House is a charming, unique abode resting in the countryside of Annesley Village, nestling between Kirkby in Ashfield and Hucknall.

The features of this former Victorian pump house can be enjoyed here, with vaulted cathedral ceilings boasting incredible original pumphouse wooden and metal industrial beams, and on the floor, there is the fantastic feature of a circle of glass, allowing guests to see the well below.
When mealtimes call, the kitchen is whitewashed and contemporary, housing integrated appliances to cater to your culinary needs, a dining space at the breakfast bar, and a handy utility.
Indulge in a hearty meal in the dining space below the mezzanine, beside the large and characterful doors, before retiring to the sitting area where there are bifold doors opening onto the garden.
On the ground floor you will find the first two of the six large spacious bedrooms, serviced by a sleek separate ground-floor bathroom.
