The Uitkerkse Polder is a nature reserve near the holiday home, where you can take beautiful walks and spot many rare birds. The town of De Haan is known for charming Belle Époque-style villas, especially in the historic district of the Concession


On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
