Teodora is a two-room holiday apartment in the historic centre of Marina di Campo, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Island of Elba. Marina di Campo has the longest white sandy beach on the island, which was already frequented by French and Italian tourists in the 1950s and loved for the particular grain of its sand. The village, which is located behind the beach, offers all the comforts and services needed to spend a pleasant holiday. The pedestrian street of the village comes alive in the evening and is perfect for strolling among shops, bars, ice cream parlors and clubs that play live music and restaurants. The beach is partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments.

Teodora is a two-room apartment located on the first floor of a historic building from the late 19th century, a stone's throw from the characteristic Piazza della Fontana and in the street that leads to the small port and the small church of San Gaetano, in the oldest part of the village. We are in the pedestrian area of ​​the town, in the heart of the nightlife of Marina di Campo, with clubs and restaurants that liven up this corner of the town. The house is convenient to all services and is located 100 meters from Bagni Capriccio and the public beach.

Teodora consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with induction hob and double sofa bed, a bedroom from which you access the bathroom with shower, in the bathroom there is no bidet.

From the bedroom there is a small balcony that looks towards the ancient vegetable gardens of the houses of the port. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

This property is located within a ZTL area, your car will be authorized to access on the days of check-in and check-out to facilitate loading and unloading operations that will take place 30m from the house.
