L'appartamento è molto spazioso ed accogliente.
Rispetto a quando descritto ha TRE Bagni, con uno al piano terra considerabile "di servizio", ma a cui non manca nulla, ed essendo nel locale caldaia è molto caldo per fare una comoda doccia.
