“Corte Sant'Andrea” is a wonderful residence located in Lazise, in a quiet area with a large shared swimming pool, close to the historic center of the town! The “Corte Sant'Andrea 5” apartment is located on the ground floor, with independent access and composed of a bright living area complete with double sofa bed, LCD TV, dining table with chairs, Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, kitchen complete with all accessories with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the private terrace, equipped with a table with chairs and two sun loungers It has a private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. Guests can easily park their car in the public parking spaces at the entrance to the Residence and a single garage is available, ideal for storing your bicycles.
The swimming pool is available in the period from 01 May to 30 September.
It is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the residence and the use of headphones is required.
Please remember that pets are not allowed.
A convenient solution for all services, a short distance from the historic center of Lazise, easily reachable on foot.
Its position facilitates visits to the most famous places on the lake, such as Lazise, Peschiera del Garda, Bardolino, Garda.
Close to the bus stop that leads to Verona and convenient for reaching the theme parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Jungle Park and panoramic points of interest such as the Rocca di Garda, the wonderful Punta San Vigilio and the Baia delle Sirene Park.
The area offers numerous cycling routes, both on the road and by mountain bike! 🔎 Regarding the security deposit: a security deposit of 300 euros for apartments and 500 euros for villas via credit card is required as a guarantee for the apartment.
This is not a payment, but only a pre-authorization, which will be automatically cancelled within a maximum of 3 days after your departure.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön.Die Wohnung selber ist nicht sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Es war alles sauber und und für die Anreise alles gut erklärt.
