Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house in Saint-Philibert, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It has a lovely 70 m² living room with fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A lounge/library area - A laundry area - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC - A summer kitchen Upstairs from the summer kitchen : - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - One bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom with bath - A separate WC Main floor: - A 70 m² living room with TV - Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 6-ring hob, filter coffee maker.... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower) and WC - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom (shower) - Separate WC - A mezzanine office area For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, electric griddle, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A tennis court is available.
It is shared with the other houses in the residence. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Auray station 14 km away (22 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation Autonomous arrival required: Access to the accommodation is from 17:00. Keys can be collected from a key box on site. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist super individuell, aber für uns hat es gepasst.
Austernrestaurant und toller Bäcker in 10 bzw. 20' zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schwimmstrand in 5' vorm Haus. Tennisplatz hinterm Haus - so kann eine Basis für einen entspannten Urlaub aussehen.

Das W-Lan hat nicht zuverlässig und schnell funktioniert.

Le terrain de tennis n'est pas bien orienté, donc impossible de jouer le soir lorsqu'il y a un peu de soleil. Ne pas choisir la maison pour son terrain de tennis.
Il y a qq incohérence architecturales dans l'aménagement de la maison, mais elle reste spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable.
L'emplacement est bon pour rayonner dans la région et profiter de la plage à proximité.

Jolie maison atypique pleine d'histoire, idéalement placé. Je mets 5 étoiles parce que la maison est vraiment chouette et je ne veux pas que cela impact les propriétaires mais le ménage est négligé, nous avons retrouvé la cafetière avec du café moisit en arrivant, le sol sale, les wc pas lavé et on ...
